We just had our first fundraising decline this past Friday, which was 25% raised. I am currently at 29% raised which is crazy!! I feel so beyond blessed and grateful for all the prayers and donations!! My next deadline is August 11th, by which I need 50%. I feel really good about where this is going and how the Lord has already so graciously provided!!  I am meeting with some friends/family about partnering with me, selling handmade bracelets on my website (cessiealexandra.com) and today I am giving the "adopt-a-box" poster a try!! The biggest thing I have been working on right now is gaining a new perspective on fundraising. This isn't a fun little vacation we are going on, we are going to work! In fact most days we will be camping out to be able to reach the most amount of people possible. Can't say that is ideal but totally worth it, if we can even reach 1 more person than if we were to comfortably be staying somewhere. Some are called to "GO" and some are called to "SEND". You need both parties to make these kind of missions happen and how cool is it YOU get to be a part of this mission right from the comfort of your own home?!?!
